At Vaporium Café, we believe in the quality and reliability of the products we offer. That’s why we provide comprehensive warranties on a wide range of items to give you peace of mind with every purchase. Please take a moment to read through our warranty guidelines for different product categories, and be sure to retain the outer packaging and any relevant product sleeves, as these contain the serial numbers necessary for a warranty claim.

 


 

Vaping Kits, Mods, Batteries, Tanks, and Accessories

 

All Vaping Kits (excluding disposable kits), Mods, Batteries, Tanks, and Accessories purchased from Vaporium Café come with a 6-month warranty. These products are designed with a typical life expectancy of 12 months, so you can vape with confidence knowing that any manufacturer defects within the first 6 months will be covered.

 

For any warranty claim, please ensure you’ve retained the original packaging and outer sleeve, as they contain the product’s serial number—a crucial requirement for processing your claim. We also recommend keeping proof of purchase to help streamline the warranty process.

 


 

Disposable Kits & Prefilled E-Liquid Pods

 

Our Disposable Kits and Prefilled E-Liquid Pods are covered by a 3-month warranty, with an approximate shelf life of 1 year. Each device or pod lists an estimated puff count on the packaging, but please note that puff count may vary based on usage patterns. Taking longer draws may result in a lower puff count than stated.

 

For any warranty claim on these items, please retain the outer packaging and the device or pod, as the serial number printed on them will be required.

 


 

What Is and Isn't Covered?

 

Our warranties cover manufacturer defects and issues that affect the functionality of the product. This includes issues where the product is faulty or beyond repair due to manufacturing errors. In these cases, we will gladly replace or repair your item.

 

However, there are a few instances where our warranty does not apply:

  • Normal wear and tear: Scratches, discolouration, and other cosmetic changes that occur through regular use are not covered.
  • Damage caused by misuse: If we determine that the product has been damaged due to improper handling or misuse, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return the item as is.
  • Health and safety reasons: Certain items like e-liquids and drip tips (mouthpieces) are not covered under warranty unless they are found to be faulty within 6 months of purchase.

 


 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

 

To make a warranty claim, the return of the product is required, and we will liaise with the manufacturer to assess the fault. In cases where the product is found to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or repair. If the product is not found to be faulty, it will be returned to you without a replacement. Please ensure your item is packaged securely when returning it to us.
