What Would Be Expected of You?
As a member of the Vaporium Café team, you'll play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Here’s what we’d expect from you:

Basic Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and well-maintained is a key part of creating a welcoming environment for customers. This includes everything from wiping down surfaces to organizing products and ensuring our displays are appealing.

Serving Customers at the Till: You’ll be the face of Vaporium Café, helping customers with their purchases, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service at the till. Whether it’s a returning customer or someone new to vaping, your role is to make them feel welcome and supported.

Stock Checks: Keeping our shelves fully stocked and organized is crucial. You’ll regularly check inventory, restock products, and ensure we never run out of customer favourites.

Online Customer Service & Website Maintenance: You’ll also help manage our online presence by responding to customer queries through email or chat, processing online orders, and assisting with basic website updates. This includes keeping product descriptions accurate, managing stock availability online, and ensuring the website runs smoothly.
